Prairie Creek Seed clovers are known for delivering exceptional forage quality for livestock. Clovers introduced into grass stands will increase yield and quality of the pasture or alternative forage crops. This is achieved by the clovers fixing nitrogen in the soil for other vegetation and microbes to utilize all while promoting the symbiotic relationship between the plant species. We select these clovers to enhance the quality of the pasture and provide premium yields. This diversity improves palatability and the nutritional value of the forages for your livestock operation.

Diversifier is a blend of six different legume species that will grow and mature at different stages throughout the grazing season. This blend can be interseeded into existing grass stands for improving the soil biology and increase the quality of the pasture during the grazing season. Legumes supply nitrogen to the grasses and this reduces the amount of supplemental nitrogen needed to be applied to the fields. The more species that are present results in greater soil health and improved digestibility for livestock.
Freedom! MR is free from pubescence (glandular hairs) and is generally utilized in mixed plantings with grass for hay, but can also be successfully applied to a wide range of applications such as silage. During ensiling, red clovers tend to maintain a high proportion of true protein. This greatly enhances the feed value of the silage. This is a fast drying clover and reduces the chance of quality loss due to rainfall after cutting because Freedom! MR has less pubescence. This red clover thrives in many grazing situations and provides high-quality forage with fast regrowth.
PCS Irene is an improved white/ladino clover that persists by branching stolons. This clover combines the persistence of a white clover (small leaves) with the yield of a ladino clover (large leaves). Ladino clover is an excellent nitrogen producer. PCS Irene is best suited for pasture applications.

Birdsfoot Trefoil is a very high-quality, non-bloating legume. This deep-rooted perennial is short-lived and requires natural reseeding for persistence. It also requires a longer rest period than other clovers/legumes to lengthen the life of the stand. Birdsfoot Trefoil is best suited for pasture applications.

Alsike clover tolerates more acidic soils and is very tolerant of flooding and wet soil conditions. While short-lived, it provides very good quality. Alsike is best suited for pastures.
